WHAT TO EXPECT
A Four-Point and Wind Mitigation “Combo” Inspection usually takes 30 -- 45 minutes.
In order to complete this your inspector will need to:
1. Walk around the perimeter of the home and take photos of each side.
Please have any and all gates unlocked and pets inside.
2. Walk on the roof. (If the roof is not able to be walked on or is inaccessible, we can take high-quality photos from the ground.)
3. Go up in the attic. Please have your attic accessible.
4. Inspect the electric panel, water heater, and air conditioning units.
Please make sure these are all accessible.
5. Take photos of all plumbing lines underneath sinks, behind toilets, and connected to the washing machine (if applicable).
Please make sure the areas underneath all sinks are clear enough to see all plumbing lines.

In order to complete this your inspector will need to:
1. Walk around the perimeter of the home and take photos of each side.
Please have any and all gates unlocked and pets inside.
2. Walk on the roof. (If the roof is not able to be walked on or is inaccessible, we can take high-quality photos from the ground.)
3. Go up in the attic.
Please have the attic accessible.
