ROOF CERTIFICATION INSPECTIONS
A Roof Certification Inspection reports on the type of roof cover, the age of the roof, and gives it an estimated life expectancy for insurance purposes.

WHAT TO EXPECT
A Roof Certification Inspection usually takes 10 -- 15 minutes.
In order to complete this your inspector will need to:
1. Walk around the perimeter of the home and take photos of each side.
Please have any and all gates unlocked and pets inside.
2. Walk on and visually inspect the roof. (If the roof is not able to be walked on or is inaccessible, we can take high-quality photos from the ground.)
