WIND MITIGATION INSPECTIONS
A Wind Mitigation Inspection determines your home's ability to stand up to high winds, such as those from a tropical storm or a hurricane. This inspection reports on features of your home that protect it against high winds and wind-born debris, as insurance companies often offer discounts when your home is equipped with such features.

Please note: Wind Mitigation Inspections are not available for Mobile/Manufactured Homes.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A Wind Mitigation Inspection usually takes 20 -- 30 minutes.
In order to complete this your inspector will need to:
1. Walk around the perimeter of the home and take photos of each side.
Please have any and all gates unlocked and pets inside.
2. Walk on and visually inspect the roof. (If the roof is not able to be walked on or is inaccessible, we can take high-quality photos from the ground.)
3. Go up in the attic. Please have the attic accessible.
